Compensation Structure

At Netflix, our compensation framework is centered solely around an annual salary; we do not offer bonuses. Each year, you have the flexibility to choose how much of your compensation will be allocated to salary versus stock options. To ascertain your optimal compensation within the market, we rely on various market indicators while taking into account your specific job family, professional background, skills and overall experience to determine your compensation within the established market range. The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 and $720,000.
