Additionally, they will independently evaluate and treat a diverse range of patients presenting with voice complaints, as well as those seeking transgender and non-binary voice and resonance care, among other upper aerodigestive tract issues. This role involves substantial collaboration with otolaryngology faculty, staff and other SLPs, particularly those specializing in conditions such as dysphagia and head and neck cancers.
This multidisciplinary team is heavily involved in education, outreach and cutting-edge research related to laryngeal and associated disorders, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth. The practice is supported by a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, using EPIC, to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Qualifications:
Candidates for this position are required to have:
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Successful completion of a relevant ASHA-approved clinical fellowship.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing.
- Either current licensure or the ability to obtain licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota.
- The qualifications necessary for credentialing and obtaining privileges within the healthcare system.
- Demonstrated excellence in patient care and service delivery.
